Baked Omelet

First start by preheating your oven to 450.

INGREDIENTS (for the omelet)
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cheese(I used sharp cheddar)

Mix heavy cream, water and flour together untils smooth. Once your mixture is smooth whisk in the eggs, pepper and salt and set aside.

Filling Ingredients
half of a medium onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms (fresh not can)
1/2 cup chopped ham
1/4 teaspoon oil

Heat a medium frying pan with oil and add all your filling ingredients. You only want to saute them lightly. Until the onions are tender. Take off the heat and set aside.

Most everyone should have a 15.25-in. x 10.25-in cookie sheet pan. (bought at walmart for cheap) Line the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil(makes for rolling the omelet easier). Spray with Pam.(make sure to cover all of the aluminum foil). Put you egg mixture into the foil covered pan.
Bake for 5-7 minutes until firm(should fluff up a bit). Remove from oven and add you sauteed ingredients to the top of the baked egg. Add the cheese as well. Pop it back in the oven until the cheese is melted. Pull it back out. The foil will be hot so you will want to use your hot pads or gloves to roll into the omelet roll. Once rolled cut and enjoy!
